Introducing Sean Quilty, our Founder and Director, a seasoned Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering diverse projects across:

  • Residential and industrial subdivisions

  • Health and educational precincts

  • Municipal infrastructure

  • Roadworks and stormwater management

  • Master planning and feasibility

  • Mining facilities

 

Sean is passionate about mentoring and upskilling engineering professionals and brings a unique perspective to civil engineering training. His commitment to excellence was recognised when he was awarded TAFE QLD Brisbane’s 2019 Educator of the Year.

 

Sean was nominated in 2024 and 2025 for Engineers Australia's Professional Engineer of the Year (QLD), demonstrating his innovation and positive impact towards the civil engineering industry.

 

Over the past decade, Sean has been instrumental as a TAFE lecturer, shaping the learning journey of aspiring engineers. This academic insight, paired with his industry experience, has made him acutely aware of the barriers many professionals face in accessing practical, relevant training to succeed in today’s competitive environment.

 

Through Quilty Engineering Hub, Sean delivers tailored programs that directly address these skill gaps. His training is known for blending real-world application with technical foundations, empowering participants to build confidence, enhance their capability, and progress their careers with purpose.

Meet Ashleigh, a seasoned professional with a background in Operations. Known for her expertise in leading and coaching diverse teams, she bring a relentless focus on achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and financial success.

 

With a rich history of managing frontline teams and leaders, she honed her skills in fostering a culture centred around customers. Her commitment to continuous improvement is evident in her approach to reviewing and optimising processes, always ensuring strict compliance with regulations.

 

Her roles extend beyond operations to talent development, training, and performance optimisation. Driving change management strategies with a customer-first mindset, she forges strong relationships with stakeholders. Her expertise in designing training plans, assessing effectiveness, and staying updated on the latest training methods sets her apart.

 

Highly structured and routine-driven, she ensures that both her personal and professional life run smoothly. Dedication to academic pursuits is a priority, with her current focus on working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
